General Funds - Supports the day-to-day operations of HLPOA, including communications, member services, and ongoing advocacy efforts.
Environmental Fund - Supports scientific research, water quality initiatives, and programs that protect and preserve the long-term health of Higgins Lake.
Legal Fund - Provides resources for legal action and counsel to protect property rights and challenge decisions that impact Higgins Lake and its property owners.
