To assist our members, and anyone bringing their boat to Higgins Lake, fight the spread of Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS), the HLPOA, in concert with the Higgins Lake Foundation (HLF) and the MI DNR, instituted a free boat wash pilot program for 2018.
