Listed below are the monthly and any special Board Meeting Minutes and Financial Information within the past two years.

At its monthly meetings, the Board reviews the following monthly financial information: 1.) Assets and Liabilities Statement and 2.) Revenue/Expense vs. Budget. The quarterly results (March, June, September, December) are posted on the website in the month following each quarter-end. HLPOA uses CBIZ for its professional accounting and tax preparation services. Our December 31 year-end Direct Statement including the budget is posted as “Preliminary” until it is replaced by the final CPA Review Statement as soon as it is available, usually during the first quarter of the following year.

Please note: Board Meeting Minutes prior to those posted here are available for review at the HLPOA office upon request during normal business hours.
