Each year, or whenever required due to Board personnel changes, the Board of Directors reviews the Committee Assignments and selects a Chair from among the Directors for each committee. Typically, each committee is made up of three members of the Board of Directors and can include one or more HLPOA Members. The list of committees and their Chairs for the past several years is shown below.
